Marco Santori is a commercial litigator and business attorney. His practice includes the planning, drafting, and litigation of contracts and the protection of intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks. Mr. Santori also handles complex issues of economic torts, including trade secrets, defamation and fraud. Accordingly, Mr. Santori offers comprehensive counsel to his business clients, from forming the business entity, protecting its valuable trademarks, to drafting its day-to-day agreements, and, as required, litigating the disputes that arise from them.

Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Santori founded and operated a successful home-decor distribution company, which imported textiles from India, China and Canada and sold to institutional customers in the Americas and across Europe.

Since then, Mr. Santori has focused on counseling organizations of all sizes in their business matters. He has successfully represented large, well known brands, such as Nike, Inc., 3M Corp., Nautica, Tory Burch and COOGI, as well as medium-sized and growing businesses across the country.
